Beltline (formerly known as Connaught and Victoria Park) is a city centre (formerly known as inner city) Calgary community that offers an array of condo apartments, townhouses, and luxury condos and penthouses for sale. As you’d expect in Calgary’s tightly packed downtown core, there isn’t a ton of green space to explore. Still, should you feel like getting away from it all, you can try Haultain Park, or wander way to the south of Beltline and go to the developing Enmax Park. While living in the city centre means a loss of green space, it also means you’ll have virtually unlimited options of restaurants, stores, and clubs – all within walking distance. The Saddledome and the BMO Centre are a short walk away, which means it’s an easy commute for any large concerts that come to town. And when early July rolls around? Put on your cowboy boots, grab your hat, and spend the day at the Calgary Stampede, the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.

Transit

Life in Beltline means you’ll probably be spending most of your time walking the streets of downtown Calgary. Should you need to drive somewhere, 14th Street SW and Macleod Trail are your best bets out of the community. Or you can take the C-train – Victoria Park Stampede Station is immediately to the south, and you’re within walking distance of virtually any of the stations lining 7th Avenue SW. The #1 Bowness / Forest Lawn and the #3 Sandstone/Elbow Drive bus lines service the area.
