Applewood Park (formerly known as Applewood), is an east (formerly known as northeast) Calgary community that has single family homes, condos, and townhouses for sale, with the primary property type being single family houses. A commuter community, Applewood Park offers 2-storey homes along with some bungalows and split-level housing. This quiet community has fantastic access to the Stoney Trail ring road, Memorial Drive, and 16th Avenue NE, allowing residents to traverse the city with ease. This neighborhood is bordered on the east by 84th Street NE, the south by Highway 1A, and the west by 68th Street SE.

Alternatively, rather than dealing with the hustle and bustle of traffic throughout the city, you can take the Stoney Trail ring road around Calgary to arrive at your destination. Finally, Highway 1 provides an easy escape out of the eastern edge of the city.


Bus routes include Marlborough (#42), and the popular Bowness – Forest Lawn (#1) route.
