Aspen Woods is a new community in west Calgary (formerly southwest Calgary) that features single family homes, townhouses, and condo apartments for sale, with the majority of properties being single family houses. Schools that service the community include Olympic Heights School, West Springs School, and Ernest Manning High School.
Transit
A short drive from Edworthy Park, this family friendly neighborhood is primarily serviced by Sarcee Trail, Bow Trail, and 17th Avenue SW. Bow Trail and 17th Avenue SW give you options when it comes to entering Calgary’s downtown core, and Sarcee Trail is a major connector to both Glenmore Trail and Crowchild Trail. Just outside the southeast corner of the community you’ll find the 69th Street C-train station – it’s within walking distance depending on where in Aspen Woods you settle. Ambrose University College is also within walking distance for post-secondary students.
