Panorama Hill is a north (formerly northwest) Calgary community that offers an array of single-family houses, condo apartments, and townhouses for sale, with the majority of properties being single family homes. Willing to splurge? You’ll find an excellent selection of luxury homes and estates, as well as luxury condos in the community. As far as detached housing is concerned, you’re mostly looking at 2-storey homes, though there are handful of split-level and bungalow options.

Panorama Hills is bounded by Stoney Trail to the north, Harvest Hills Boulevard to the east, Country Hills Boulevard to the south, and green space to the west.

Love to get outside? Then you’ll have plenty of options in Panorama Hills, including one of the best golf courses in the city – the Country Hills Golf Club. If you’re not into cruising around in a golf cart, you can try hiking along the Nose Creek Pathway.

 

Of course, you’ll need to fill your new house with furniture – which is where the big box stores at the corner of Harvest Hills Boulevard and Country Hills Boulevard will come in handy. For groceries, there’s a Save on Foods located near the center of the community.

 

The community centre offers a variety of sports programs for local kids.

 

Schools in the area include St. Jerome School, Panorama Hills School, and Captain Nichola Goddard School.

 

Transit

There are a few major ways out of Panorama Hills – you’ll either want to head north and jump onto Stoney Trail to avoid traffic, or take Country Hills Boulevard or Beddington Trail to Deerfoot Trail. There aren’t any C-train stations close by, so expect to use the #8 North Pointe / Brentwood and the #114Panorama / Country Hills bus lines a lot if you don’t drive.
