Skyview Ranch is a northeast community that offers single family houses, condo apartments, and townhomes for sale, with the majority of properties being single family homes. When you look through the new homes and condos in the area, expect to find the former come in almost exclusively two-storey style. Also, keep in mind that as a newer community, Skyview Ranch doesn’t have many in-community amenities at this point. If you purchase here, you’re buying for potential, as the area is expected to develop further in the future.
Skyview Ranch is bounded to the north by 128th Avenue NE, to the east by Stoney Trail, to the south by Country Hills Boulevard, and to the west by Metis Trail.

Expect the amenities in this new community to improve as the surrounding area develops.
Schools serving the community include Saddleridge School.
Transit
You have two options when leaving the community – either you can take Country Hills Boulevard east to Stoney Trail, or you can take it west to Deerfoot Trail. You’re only a short drive away from the Calgary International Airport. If you’re looking to use transit, Saddletowne C-train Station is the closest, but you’ll need to take the #445 Skyview Ranch / Redstone bus line to get there.
